Welcome To West Wales Web

Still the most common type of website is the static or HTML based. Each page is made up of it's own code and while certain items can be shared such as navigation bars, generally you treat each page as it's own advertising campaign or customer service item.
These are ideal for smaller website's that are not required to be updated too regularly or have various members of staff adding content to the pages.

Static or HTML Pages

Static page or HTML based website's are a very inexpensive way of advertising your business on the internet. Nearly all small website's are created this way and the information on the screen can match all branding and other forms of advertising your already have. There is no end to how many pages you can actual create using this type of site, our main website that your are reading now is fully based on HTML code with Javascript features.

Because every website we build is totally B-spoke to each customer and we don't use pre-drawn designs or layouts, the pricing structure for each site is based on required features, content and number of pages. It is also possible to include 'template pages' into the site so that YOU can add more pages in the future.

Which brings us on to updating the site.
Just because it is called a static page, doesn't mean the site cannot have fresh content added to it. Pages can be updated in two main ways, with a little knowledge and experience of using certain office applications and a good web editor you can update the content yourself. Our hosting packages allow you full 24/7 access to your sites FTP server, where you can download and upload pages and images from your site. The other way is of course send the new content and some notes over to us and we can update your site for you at a small charge.
