Website development is made up of several key elements; design, build and post production. The following table shows how we price each key area and not all stages may be required for your site, depending on your requirements and budget.

Here's a quick breakdown:

	If you want us to design your website, then you will need all of this section. However, if you already have a design for your website then you may only need 'Site Map & Template'.
	The main 'coding' part of the process, the total amount spent here is going to be dependent on how many pages your require for your website.
	If we have built your site and you are hosting with us too, then we will publish your site for free. All the other options here are available marketing and promotional tools.

Site Design - Stages/Pricing

Stage	Decription	Price

Initial Consultation	Discuss site objectives and target audience. Included features and special functions and site layout.	FREE
Graphical Design	The creation of the sites main graphical features and basic page layout. This does not include logo design.	£149
Site Map & Template	Structural layout and functionality of the website. Also includes taking the site layout graphic and adding navigation & splicing to ensure the site will work as briefed. A template page will be created ready for site content.	£149

Site Root Creation	Using the site template the look and feel of the site is customised and tested to ensure all main functions work correctly. Additional features and add-ons are integrated and tested. CSS style sheets are fully edited with addition work if required.	From £249
Page Content & New Pages	The main home page and other 'root' page content is added, the structure is then tested to ensure content and new pages can be managed by the end-user.	£99
Testing & Proofing	Full test and debug of site to W3C standards including CSS files. Site is then proofed by you before being signed off.	£99

Publishing	Setting up the server and uploading all site files to your domains FTP. Full test to ensure full live functions.	FREE If we built it
Search Engine Submission	The submission of your new website to over 1,000 directories and search engines world wide.	£25
Search Engine Optimisation	Tweak your website and content to optimise your position within search engine results. This is only a basic package, a full package is available on request.	£99
Link Exchange Program	We can arrange hundreds of link exchanges with your website to help promote and advertise it.	£2.50 Per Link
Google Adwords Advertising Campaign	We will manage a 'Google Adwords' campaign for you over a given time with a given budget of your choice.	From £99 Per Month

Important Notes*

DESIGN: All consultations are done via email and any contracts will be posted via Royal Mail for signing upon return. The graphic design stage does not include the creation of site/company logo, more info on request. If you only want a site designed but not built/hosted, then you will only need this section.

BUILD: The initial build cost will depend on what features you require and which software package is used. The more features and integration required, the cost can quickly rise. If a fully licensed software is requested, then you must agree to pay then End User License fee. 'Root' pages denote basic directory pages such as 'Home', 'About', Contact' etc. please enquire if more information is required. Once the site is signed off after testing and all payments are cleared then the site is officially yours.

POST PORDUCTION: All stages shown here are totally optional depending on your budget and marketing requirements. All marketing stages have more advanced options available upon request to get the best results from your promotional tool.
